440 Volts of Danger ..... Elevator Repair or Modernization?
L.A. Elevator initial inspection reveals a very dangerous lack of elevator maintenance.
Notice copper that is not taped.
This caused 440 volts of electricity to burn hole threw the cover electrifying everything that has contact.
